The Vending and Distribution Software, V-Distributor, is a full-function system that enables the whole seller to manage his sales, accounting, payroll, inventory control, and statistics.

Procedures

The following procedures are managed in the system:

1. Multiple warehouses with various categories of products, materials, tools, etc.
2. Multiple sellers who fetch goods from the warehouses and distribute them to vending machines or/and super markets and shops
3. The sellers sell goods to the shops under policy of discount and/or commission, inputting the data by a pocket PC, and printing invoice by portable printer.
4. The seller may drive to vending machines to collect cash and put goods in the machine.Various machines like can, snack, or coffee machines can be managed.Data are also inputted into pocket PC.
5. The seller takes the pocket PC back to the center office.By synchronizing data between central computer and pocket PC, the daily reports are generated.
